Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:
✔ You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
✔ You received a damaged or defective product.

To process a return, you must:
✅ Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package to clearly show the issue.
✅ Ensure the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2️⃣ Attach the unboxing video and clear images of the product.

Important Notes

❌ Returns will not be accepted for minor color variations due to screen differences.
❌ Products without proper proof (unboxing video) will not be eligible for return.
❌ We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
